Torve’s portfolio of equity holdings and advisory engagements is very broad, focused on entities which are innovative and challenge the status quo, whether in new developing technology or application of new concepts to legacy business. Torve is not sector specific.

Torve’s entry point is at start-up or turn-around. Engagements and investments include publicly traded companies in Canada and the UK, as well as closely held businesses. Unlike a private equity investor, there is no fixed time to exit. This permits development of long-term partnerships with strong management teams.

Torve is also committed to continuous community contribution through active engagement with not-for-profit organizations.
